Getting started
How do I find a pairing?
Search the restaurant you're eating at and Corker reads its food and wine menus. Tap the dish you're ordering and you'll get one clear pick — with a plain-English reason. Prefer to choose yourself? Head straight to the wine list and browse it all.
The venue isn't listed
No problem — tap to snap the menu on the table. Corker reads anything from a single card to a 79-page PDF and pairs from what's actually there.
What's the wildcard?
When you're feeling brave, the wildcard goes off-piste and suggests a buried-treasure bottle from the list — tuned to your taste — that you'd never have ordered. Not your usual. That's the point.
Account & billing
What does Corker cost?
Corker Plus is £4.99/month for unlimited pairings, or you can buy 20 pay-as-you-go pairing credits for £2.99 (one credit = one pairing).
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions and credits are billed through your Apple ID. Manage, upgrade or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.
Refunds
Because purchases are handled by Apple, refund requests are managed through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, or email us and we'll help point you the right way.
Sign-in
Which sign-in options are supported?
You can sign in with email and password, Google, or Apple. Use whichever you prefer — your cellar and taste history stay with your account.
I can't sign in
Check you're using the same method you signed up with. If you're still stuck, email hello@findacorker.com from the address on your account and we'll help you back in.
Your cellar & data
What is My Cellar?
It's your place for wines you've drunk, own, or want to try — with ratings, critic scores and drink windows. "Find for home" jumps to a search so you can buy a restaurant favourite for later.
How do I delete my data?
Your cellar and taste history are yours. You can delete everything — including your whole account — in a single tap from within the app. For more on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.
